traditional dance evening snacks sunset cruise
The hotel did many small things to enhance my stay, including a private traditional dance at check-in. i also enjoyed the complimentary evening snacks and tea. a free sunset cruise with cultural entertainment provided a lovely experience. It's something i will remember fondly.
i found limited dining options outside the hotel, which required more planning for meals.

the hotel is near fort kochi and offers backwater views. the water metro stop is a few minutes' walk away, allowing easy boat trips to various destinations.

I had a big heritage room, decorated tastefully and with elegant lighting. It created a charming atmosphere. the room service was amazing, ensuring a very clean environment. i found the attention to detail quite excellent.

soothing music yoga instructors friendly staff average buffet mosquito problem unexceptional food
the traditional morning music was both soothing and energizing i found yoga instructors to be expert and helpful. the serving staff were friendly and knowledgeable i appreciated their efforts.
the buffet spread seemed below average it resembled what i would expect at a 3 or 4 star hotel. mosquitos were present i also felt the food was not really good.

fresh towels excellent service mosquito issue poor buffet
The pool area looked fantastic. The staff kept it very clean and provides fresh towels for peoples. Breakfast was good. The staff provided excellent service and cooked eggs perfect.
The buffet spread was not what I expected. It reminds me of a 3 star hotel. I found mosquitos in the rooms. These insects bothered me a lot during the night.
